The third round of fixtures of the Natwest 6 Nations were played out this weekend. The biggest shock of the weekend took place in Edinburgh as Scotland ran away from England winning 25-13. It was the first time that Scotland had won the Calcutta Cup in ten years. Elsewhere Ireland kept their 100% win record alive after beating Wales 37-27. In Friday night’s match France hosted Italy coming out on top winning 34-17.
This year we have been lucky to be involved with the competition, after we cast for McDonalds, the official sponsors of ITV’s coverage. Working with Leo Burnett, Academy Films and director Peter Cattaneo, the series of amusing scenarios shows clearly very strong players showing their softer sides. Despite having no real acting experience, we were really impressed with all of our players who all appeared to be naturals in front of the camera.
